We were... read more sat at the back and still managed to see everything. The skippers were really knowledgeable and gave us lots of information about the area. A few of the reviews mentioned that you would need to be fit to get down to the quay, however we didn't find it that bad at all (and I'm not the fittest!). There are maybe 20 or so steps, and they help you on and off the boat. There were people significantly older than us (40s) going down, so I wouldn't be too put off if you are moderately fit. We didn't really get wet at all (it was a beautiful day), the only slight bit of water we got was going inside a cave which had a (very) little waterfall coming from the ceiling. All in all a fab trip and would definitely recommend. …

Very knowledgeable skipper, he seems to know the waters around the island like the back of his hand. We had a great time and saw porpoises, seals and kittiwakes and learned about them and the caves and rock formations while cruising around the island (and into some caves!) - great for kids and adults alike, thank you- it was great!!

High speed ridge boat, you straddle a narrow padded bench two to a seat... read more so you can hug your wife or children as the boat crashes down off a wave. It’s great fun, very safe but with the edge of being on a speed boat at sea. Crew very friendly, take you all round the island, pointing out interesting parts, driving into bays to see seals and their pups. There was a couple with very young children/toddlers but personally I would not take a child under 5/6 especially in rough seas as you do need to hold on. Great fun though.

We went round Ramsey Island £ 28 per adult and it was great to go around this island and go into caves, see the nesting birds and seals. Obviously there’s no guarantee you will see anything!
The water was beautifully clear and so also saw some jellyfish!
It was a fun quick hour - enough for me as I’m not great on long boat trips!!

An amazing trip around Ramsey, Mark was very knowledgeable as was Eirlys. We saw pods of porpoise and a variety of sea birds, all were highlighted and plenty of time to see them in their natural habitat. Unfortunately I'm not the most graceful of people and I'm sure getting on and off the rib would create anxiety for some - me included but it wasn't an issue and to be told the 'safest way to get on and off is the way feel comfortable' was a huge relief. Big thanks to all, my 10 year old stated that it was the best day ever.

We saw seals, both swimming in the water and saw females waiting to give birth on the beaches around the Island. We were lucky enough to see some newly born seal pups too. Our guide knew we may see porpoises because the gannets were circling above, a sign the porpoises were chasing fish to the surface of the water. He was so right!! We were lucky to see the porpoises. A great trip, I would highly recommend.

  Brilliant, just brilliant - booked 2 groups of 9 and we all had a fabulous Covid-free time with birds, seals & pups plus the amazing dolphins! We will all be back again!
