You sit astride on the seats and the boat goes fast!! We went round Ramsey Island £ 28 per adult and it was great to go around this island and go into caves, see the nesting birds and seals. Obviously there’s no guarantee you will see anything! The water was beautifully clear and so also saw some jellyfish! It was a fun quick hour - enough for me as I’m not great on long boat trips!! …

  We booked our trip at the kiosk in St David's for the following day. I said I would really love to see the puffins but lovely lady in the office... read more said unfortunately they have now left the island, they disappear around mid July, but we were told there will be seals and hopefully porpoises so we signed up for the following day. They asked if we would mind sharing the boat with another family and we will all need to wear a mask due to covid, which obviously was not a problem. What a fantastic trip!! Considering the skipper (Mark) does this trip day in and day out he was absolutely amazing and really keeps the trip fresh and alive! Mark was incredibly knowledgeable and fun for children and adults alike. It was a brilliant, exciting trip - the rib gets up to a really good speed and is great fun crashing through the waves, however, we felt completely safe at all times. The seals and pups were basking on the shore and we saw the porpoises too along with many native birds especially around the caves. Would highly recommend! Mark was definitely 5 star too!

The trip was very well organised and everything went smoothly and efficiently. Great value for money, a convenient start point with free parking and escorted journey to meet the Rib. Would recommend the adventure!

The boat was disinfected/cleaned prior to our trip.
Mick and Robin provided us with a safe, fun entertaining and informative view of Ramsey and its delights.
Being able to take our dog was an added bonus.  
We would happily book with Aquaphobia again.

We were a party of... read more ages 3 to 62 and all were very excited following the trip. The kids talked about it endlessly. We entered caves seeing seals and bird life. The crew looked after us continuosly,
we felt well cared for. It wasn't cheap but we felt worth every penny. It was the highlight for our Pembrokeshire holiday.

  Staying in Solva we came across a leaflet for this company. You can't book online but when you ring you will speak to Sue, who is extremely friendly, helpful and... read more honest. This is a small family business that has been running for over 30 years. We had an incredible boat ride to Skomer Island to see the Puffins. Mark is very knowledgeable and keen to make sure you enjoy the trip. We loved the boat, exciting going over the waves and still comfortable and totally safe. Mark also took us into the Caves at Ramsey Island which was an unexpected treat! We also saw seals and Shearwaters. Fantastic trip, lovely people, also a real bonus to be taken to boat by a short minibus ride. If in doubt do it - you will not regret it!

Well worth the money One thing to note, the trips were advertised for all ages, getting down to the boat involves lots of steep steps and getting on to the rib requires a good level of mobility. As you are required to site astride the seats you need to be able to get your leg up and over in a fairly small space. …

The trip was great, a bit of speed, a bit of bouncing on waves, porpoise watching, seals and seal pups, caves. And lots of interesting info from the guys on the geology of the islands, the habbits of the porpoise and seals. All in it was a great trip that felt really good value for the price. …

  Fabulous trip to Skomer and Ramsey Islands for two hours ... totally recommend Mark and his crew. Really simple and comfortable (as long as your ok with riding a horse !) .
